1. Operator

The anyDance platform is operated by AnyDance, a sole trader business in the United Kingdom (the "Operator"). Full legal identity will be stated before relying on this text for live consumer contracts.

  • Address: [ADDRESS TO FOLLOW]
  • Email: privacy@anydance.uk
  • Website: https://anydance.uk

2. What these Terms cover

These Terms apply when you register for or use the Platform as a student, parent, or guest. They do not replace the rules of the dance school (the "Partner") whose class or pass you buy.

3. Contract for classes and passes

When you book a class or buy a pass, the contract for the dance or leisure service is between you and the Partner. The Operator provides the website and booking tools and may route payment to the Partner through a payment provider. The Operator does not provide the class itself and is not liable for teaching quality, venue safety, or the Partner's refund policy.

4. Account

You must be at least 16 to create a full account. Parents or guardians may create accounts and book for under-16s where the Platform allows. Keep your password confidential and tell us if you suspect misuse.

You must not scrape the Platform, abuse booking systems, use another person's card without authority, or post illegal or harmful content. We may suspend or close accounts for abuse, chargebacks without basis, or security risk.

If a Partner created a guest profile for you, a contract with the Operator starts only when you finish registration and accept these Terms.

5. Prices and payment

Prices shown for Partner offers are set by the Partner (usually gross local prices). Payment is handled by a third-party provider (for example Stripe). The Operator does not store full card numbers. The Operator is not responsible for bank declines or payment-provider outages.

6. Invoices

Invoices or receipts for classes and passes are issued by the Partner. If an invoice is missing or wrong, contact the Partner first.

7. Attendance and tickets

You may need to show a digital or printed ticket or check in as the Partner requires. Ticket transfer rules are set by the Partner. The Operator is not responsible for lost tickets or shared logins.

8. Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation deadlines and refunds are decided by the Partner. The Operator processes refunds only according to Partner settings or Partner instructions.

9. Withdrawal / cooling-off

Consumer cooling-off rights depend on your country and on the type of service. Leisure services with a fixed date or period often have limited or no withdrawal once the booking is confirmed. The Operator's own platform access may begin immediately on registration. Partner-specific rules may differ; check the Partner's terms for that booking.

10. Complaints

  • Platform / technical issues: privacy@anydance.uk (or support contact shown in the app).
  • Class, teacher, venue, Partner invoice: contact the Partner directly.

Where UK or EU consumer law gives you rights against the Operator for the digital service itself, those rights remain. For Partner services, pursue the Partner.

11. Liability

The Operator aims for reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. To the extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for Partner content accuracy, Partner services, or indirect losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Intellectual property

Platform software and branding belong to the Operator or its licensors. Partner content belongs to Partners. Do not copy or scrape content without permission.

13. Privacy

Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Notice and Cookie Notice. For many booking and roster activities the Partner is the controller and the Operator acts as processor; for your anyDance account the Operator is typically a controller.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms with notice on the Platform or by email. If you disagree, stop using the Platform and delete your account before the change takes effect where that option is available.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
